At CBCL, we recognize that positive and progressive Indigenous relations are essential to building a more inclusive, respectful, and sustainable future. CBCL’s participation in the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program reflects our commitment to listen, learn, and take meaningful action in support of reconciliation and long-term partnership.
Indigenous reconciliation is a key area of focus for CBCL. As our understanding grows, we continue to apply these learnings across our work. By listening to and respecting Indigenous voices, we aim to deliver project solutions that create shared value, including work that has helped support safe water supplies in Indigenous communities.
Participation in PAIR strengthens our approach to leadership accountability, employment, business development, and community engagement with Indigenous Peoples. We see reconciliation as an ongoing journey built on respect, transparency, and collaboration.
