Bridge Engineering

Bridge Engineering

With over forty years of bridge engineering, our experience has roots in Atlantic Canada but has spread to Western Canada and abroad. Our bridge engineers are members of the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (CSA S6) Technical Subcommittees, research partners with local universities and are experts in complex finite element modelling. We focus on the durability of structures whether it is through consideration of climate change and the specification of innovative materials in new design, or through the practical assessment of existing structures and contributing to the development of asset management plans. Whether designing new bridges, evaluating existing bridges, or rehabilitating structures to extend their useful lives, our clients can trust that lifecycle costs and user safety will be paramount.

We offer the following bridge engineering services to both public and private clients:

  • River crossings
  • Coastal bridges
  • Highway overpass/underpass structures
