Last week, CBCL celebrated its 70th anniversary with an all-staff event in Halifax. This provided the staff from across Atlantic Canada and Ontario the opportunity to come together to commemorate the impacts that CBCL has had on the communities they serve and to connect in person.

As Branch Manager of the Saint John CBCL office for over fifteen years, Flewelling was a crucial part of the Safe, Clean Drinking Water Project and the Saint John Harbour Cleanup. Both projects have revolutionized the water and wastewater infrastructure in Saint John.
