CBCL now PAIR Committed Organization
CBCL Limited is pleased to announce that we are now a Committed organization through the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities and advancing reconciliation in a meaningful and measurable way.
“At CBCL, we believe strong relationships are built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Working to achieve our PAIR certification reinforces our commitment to working alongside Indigenous communities in ways that reflect our core values and create meaningful, lasting impact,” said John Flewelling, President and CEO of CBCL Limited.
The PAIR program, administered by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, recognizes corporate performance across four key areas: leadership actions, employment, business development, and community relationships. Through independent, third-party verification, the program provides a structured framework for continuous improvement and accountability in Indigenous relations.
PAIR Certification marks an important step in CBCL’s journey. This work is grounded in our Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Policy and reflects our responsibility to listen, learn, and act in ways that support long term partnerships and shared outcomes.
As we look ahead, CBCL remains committed to building on this foundation. Participation in the PAIR program is an ongoing journey, and we will continue to evolve our approach to ensure that reconciliation and relationship building are embedded in how we operate, collaborate, and grow.
