Greg Peters, M.A.Sc., P.Eng., P.E., Receives Citizenship Award from Engineers Nova Scotia

CBCL is thrilled to announce that Greg Peters, M.A.Sc., P.Eng., P.E., has received the Citizenship Award from Engineers Nova Scotia! This award recognizes engineers in Nova Scotia that are successful in their professional careers while also providing outstanding service and leadership in their community.

Greg, Manager – Ports & Marine, has been with CBCL for over twenty years and is a crucial component of the Ports & Marine department becoming an industry leader in Atlantic Canada. Greg is a mentor to the junior engineers on his team, providing guidance as they completed major projects in the region including South End Container Terminal Extension, the Liberty Pier Cruise Terminal, and the Marine Atlantic Transformation Project.

Outside of his work at CBCL, Greg is a champion for local community sport and has volunteered with youth hockey for over ten years. He has also volunteered with Square Roots, which redistributes produce to families in need, and has fundraised for hockey, soccer, and diabetes research.
