We’re proud to share that CBCL has been named the recipient of the Medium Business Award at the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Business Excellence Awards!
Presented by the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce, the annual Business Excellence Awards recognize outstanding businesses, organizations, and individuals in the Greater Fredericton community for their achievements, innovation, and contributions to the local economy and community.
The Fredericton office was recognized because of its exceptional workplace culture and unwavering commitment to its employees and community. CBCL has fostered an environment where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow through comprehensive mentorship programs, professional development opportunities, and employee support mechanisms that encourage long-term career success. Beyond the workplace, the company has demonstrated a strong commitment to giving back to the communities it serves through volunteerism, community partnerships, and active involvement in local initiatives. This combination of employee-focused practices and community engagement has helped make CBCL Limited an employer of choice and a respected corporate citizen, distinguishing the organization as a deserving recipient of the Medium Business Award.
Our connection to Fredericton extends well beyond our office. CBCL has contributed to projects including the Downing Street Rink, Officers Square Revitalization, the Guardian Memorial, and the City of Fredericton Flood Risk Profile. We also continue to invest in the community through local initiatives, student opportunities, mentorship, co-op placements, and events.
Winning the Medium Business Award is a wonderful recognition of the people behind our Fredericton office and their commitment to technical excellence, strong client relationships, and the community they call home. Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to CBCL’s growth and success in Fredericton and thank you to the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce for this recognition!
